Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping Options: We offer economy shipping through UPS.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Opal Prints pays half the total cost. The cost displayed in the cart is half the price of our total shipping cost.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after order processing.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes

UPS has limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to locations in the continental USA.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
